Q: Is there any way to stop the auto refresh so I can look at the results without it
scrolling back to the top of the page?
A: Using Google Chrome as your internet browser will combat this problem -
every time the page refreshes, it will revert back to the point on the page you were looking
at.
Q: There are gaps in the data/no data is appearing today. Is there something
wrong with my account?
A: The JustStartHere service relies on quite a few information sources. On
rare occasions when one of these sources goes down due to server issues etc, some or all of
the data may not display properly on the website. Luckily it doesn't happen very
often and any disruption to the service is usually minimal.
Q: I don't have a PayPal account - is there another way to sign
up?
A: PayPal is a safe, fast and popular
way to pay online. It is used by millions of businesses and individuals all over the world. If you

Q: As a
former member, do I have to set up a new account if I want to renew my
subscription?

If your account has expired and you would like
to renew your membership, there's no need to register a new account - simply log into your old
account with your existing username and password here and click on
the PayPal button to set up automatic monthly payments again.
