Using The Horse Racing Price Movement
Service For The First Time
Once you've registered a username and password and activated your
account via PayPal, you'll have immediate access to the horse racing price movement data,
ratings, tips and racecards.
Changing Your Account
Settings
After logging in,
go to the "My Account" page to choose your comparison time (9.00am, 10.00am, 11.00am or 60
minutes before post time). 11.00am is the default time. On this page you can also change what
prices are displayed on the website (a maximum of one morning price and seven other prices
can be selected). To save your account settings, rembember to click on the "Update your details"
button at the bottom of the page after making any changes.
Accessing The Price Movement Information
Once the UK and Irish racing is underway, head to the "Upcoming"
pages to monitor the price movements for the next scheduled race. You can choose to monitor the
back or lay prices for either the win or place markets. At the official
off time the race will automatically disappear from the top of the page and the next scheduled race
will replace it.
If you wish to continue looking at the price movements for a race
that is no longer on the "Upcoming" page, head to the relevant "All Races" page. Here all of the
races are listed in time order with the oldest at the top. Please note: the website constantly
needs to refresh in order for prices to update automatically. Google Chrome is the recommended internet browser when using the JustStartHere service
as it reverts back to the part of the page you were viewing after every refresh instead of
scrolling back to the top.
Once the race results are in, they will appear on the "Results"
pages in time order with the most recent at the top.
If you want to hide a certain race, click anywhere in the heading
and the price information will disappear. To make the information reappear, simply click
anywhere in the heading again. You can also make the price information disappear and reappear like
this for whole meetings by clicking on the meeting name in the race heading.
